My Brother Russel came to visit - Part 4

June 9, 2008 - Boeing Museum, Pike Place Market, Seattle Pier
Bill had to go back to work so it was just Russel and me.

We went over to Everett and spent time looking at the museum and we did the tour of the Boeing Plant. The tour took us into the assembly plant. Sorry there are no pictures the cameras were not allowed in the plant but we did get a few at the museum. In the plant, we got to see the 747, 777, and the new 787 dream liner. It was a great experience, and what a special treat to see those big planes being assembled.

After we finished at the Boeing plant we drove down to Seattle. First stop was the Pike Place Market. Did you know that this is supposed to be the best place in America to buy fresh fish. They say that they can ship it out to you in a day, but with King Salmon costing $32.00 a pound, that will have to wait for my money ship to come in. LOL. There we people watched mostly. I bought a beautiful hanging for Brooklyn’s room. Then we continued on down to the pier. We walked up and down the pier and in and out of the shops. I do not remember buying a thing.

We drove around the city a little before heading back home. We got to see the sunset. Pictures of the sun setting behind the Space Neddle we the best.
When we got home we were very tired but totally enjoyed the day!!!
